Great care and great service!

Needed a new dentist so I scheduled an appointment. Welcoming staff, modern and clean facilities. It was a good experience, I’d recommend scheduling a appointment.

Sssshhhh. Don’t tell anyone about this secret gem of a dental office!! Don’t tell anyone that this is the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to, the cleanest, the gentlest, the friendliest, the most inexpensive. Sssshhhhh, or else everyone will want to go here!!! Don’t tell anyone that they will generally fit you in the following day, that the doctor does the cleaning herself if she has time, that they have the fanciest equipment I’ve ever seen in a dental clinic, and sssshhhhh, don’t tell anyone that the name, Pound Ridge Cosmetic Dentistry is purposely deceiving because they are actually a straight up regular family dental clinic!!! I’d give this place 100 stars if I could.

I had gone over 2 years without dental visits due to Covid. When my dentist retired, I decided to try PRCD. So happy I did! Dr Feng and the receptionist gave me a big welcome. The dental assistant was very sweet and explained everything she was doing with the new (to me) equipment she was using. Dr Feng was wonderful about my sensitivity issues. Lots of numbing gel, I didn’t jump once. The office is immaculate and obviously has brand new equipment. They made a dreaded visit to the dentist enjoyable!

Dr Smith and her staff are the best. The office is immaculate. They treat their patients with kindness and respect. And their work is impeccable.

My daughter has come here twice for Botox treatment for TMJ. (On visits from NYC). I have accompanied her both times, and we both love Dr. Smith and the staff. She has taken a real holistic approach to this non-cosmetic issue, with a thoughtful, unhurried and calm manner. Assistants and front desk staff also great! Highly recommend.

The rumors are true! This is the BEST dental practice in the area. Dr. Smith and team are consistently kind, welcoming, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The techniques used are top notch and the approach to care is crafted to the individual patient. I always leave with a smile.

Dr Smith & all the team at Pound Ridge could not have been kinder or more attentive during my recent dental emergency. I was see by Dr Smith with an hour of my call & swift & super professional service followed, including a check in call from Dr Smith last night. I am very very appreciative of the service & would not hesitate to recommend the Practice to anyone looking for five star dentistry. Thank you to everyone, you were amazing in my hour of need.
