Dr Smith, along with the entire staff at Pound Ridge Dental, operate (no pun intended) at a level that all providers should strive for. The office is impeccably clean yet warm and the staff attentive and kind. Dr Smith is a consummate professional who takes her time to really understand your needs. Having been to a number of practices over the years most treat patients like a number ushering them in and out as fast as possible. The bespoke experience you receive here is exactly what you want considering the sensitive nature of dental work. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Smith and her staff. 5 stars all around!!!

This is by far the BEST dentist experience I have ever had. Dr. Smith and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. I have had the misfortune of requiring urgent dental care several times and the office has always been extremely responsive and accommodating.

To say Dr. Helaine Smith and her entire team are above snd beyond awesome would be an understatement. Maryann, at the front desk, is awesome and welcoming. Dr. Smith is incredibly skilled, kind and gentle. I don’t even feel the needle for the novocaine! Always a great experience. K. Wolf
